THANK YOU, COACHES!
Our mission as a wrestling organization is to foster a love for the sport while building a strong technical foundation through training and competition opportunities for all youth age groups. We divide our team up into three workout groups based on grade and skillset. Each group has its own set of goals.
Open to any athlete who's 5th birthday is on or before 06/1/2026. This is our beginning group of wrestlers with goals to build body awareness, core strength, 5-10 techniques and a love for wrestling. Wrestlers will be matched with workout partners according to size, skill level, and coaches discretion to provide optimal opportunity to each wrestler. First-time 9 year olds may opt into the beginner group to build wrestling fundamentals.
~1 Hour practices
Open to all 3rd through 5th grade athletes. The goal of this group is to build strength and endurance, 15-20 techniques, learn to compete (including basic rules of a match), and enjoy competition. Wrestlers will be matched with workout partners according to size, skill level, and coaches discretion to provide optimal opportunity to each wrestler.
~1.5 Hour practices
The goal of this group is to build on the fundamentals learned while in the Wolf Pack, increasing to 20-40 techniques, finding success in competition and to leave the club prepared to wrestle in high school.
~1.5 Hour practices
These athletes will compete in 14U & Middle School Divisions.
